Come and fill my heart with hope;
Come and fill my life with love;
Come and fill my soul with strength to carry on
Because from here the climb is steep, the road is long.
Come and fill my days with dreams;
Empty me of all the empty things that I hold on to;
Come and fill my heart with You."
Richard, who was sang the solo for this song, shared that he really wanted this prayer to be true for him. I want these things to be true in my life, too, and I feel like my students here at RVA are teaching me so much about hope, love, strength, and dreams.
I love working with these students. We meet twice a week to practice and it is a lot of fun. They are so talented and easy to work with.
Here they are.

Beautiful!
I'm not sure why I keep checking here... I know you are busy and stressed. I hope your marking is going well... I love you and I'm praying for you.

HEY!!!! You're blog isn't private anymore! Weeeeeeeeee!
Hi, Heather. I found your blog through Becky's link and I'm happy to be able to catch up on what you're doing out in Kenya. Keep up the good work . . . it sounds pretty fascinating. Take care!
hmmm, I thought I had written a comment for this post. I know I thought about it! So, here it is: You really do incredible things, Heather! You're ministry out there is very cool!
Hi Heather... this is my first try. Am I in or what?
Hi Heather, everyone at VCA says his except for the ones who don't know you. Still looking forward to spending time with you this summer. Would like to do a vacation similar to the one you did last summer on the ocean. Can you point me in the right direction?
It's me, the late commenter. Thanks for the pics of your students. They look like a fun group. Thinking about you (I even dreamt about you last night) and praying for you!
Are you doing okay? I haven't heard from you for a while... Why am I asking this here? Hello? Email? Sigh. I think I am way to caught up in this blogging thing.
Is "a while" one word or two?
Well, I know it's two there, but I mean... Should it be?
